Andrew Mann is counsel at the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. He is a member of the Antitrust, Competition, and Trade Regulation practice group. Prior to joining the firm, Andrew was a senior associate at an international law firm. There he was member of their Global Antitrust/Competition practice group. Andrew’s practice focused on advising clients on a range of international competition issues, with a particular focus on government investigations, multijurisdictional merger clearances, and litigation. He regularly advised clients on a range of international antitrust topics, including joint ventures and competitor collaborations, gun-jumping and information exchanges, price fixing and market allocations, exclusive dealing, joint purchasing, and joint selling arrangements.
