David R. Broderdorf’s labor and employment practice focuses on the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) and the Railway Labor Act. He works on collective bargaining negotiations, organizing campaigns, arbitrations, NLRB administrative proceedings, and related litigation. David provides strategic counseling for clients in many sectors including, but not limited to, retail, energy, manufacturing, defense, transportation, hospitality, and construction. In addition, David advises companies in matters arising from the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act and various US federal contractor compliance regulations.
