Dan is a shareholder in Ogletree Deakins’ St. Louis office. Dan’s practice focuses, primarily, on traditional labor and employment law. With more than 35 years of experience, Dan has advised a diverse range of clients on a variety of traditional labor and employment law issues arising under federal, state and local law. In addition, Dan regularly advises employers regarding workplace policies and procedures and counsels employers on compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and represents employers before federal, state and local agencies.
Dan graduated cum laude from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire in 1975 and received his J.D. cum laude from Southern Illinois University in 1978.
