Brian Garrett is an associate in the Business Trial Practice Group in the firm's New York office.
Areas of Practice
Mr. Garrett has experience in all areas of the litigation process in business and commercial disputes involving breach of contract claims, fraud claims, trade secrets, trademark and copyright infringement claims, and art ownership and acquisition claims. He has also represented clients in litigation matters relating to bankruptcy proceedings and employment disputes, including experience defending employers against single plaintiff claims. Mr. Garrett also represents clients in federal and state courts, as well as before various administrative agencies.
