Austin Graham

Professional Biography

Austin Graham is a senior associate at Holtzman Vogel and focuses his practice on political and election law, including campaign finance, and government ethics compliance and investigations.

Prior to joining the firm, Austin was an attorney advisor to the Federal Election Commission Chair, Sean J. Cooksey, where he advised on all policy issues before the Commission, including advisory opinions, proposed rulemakings, directives, and guidance materials. He provided legal guidance and advice regarding all stages of enforcement matters under review. 

Austin was also a project manager for the William & Mary Election Law Program. He developed an online platform to assist state courts in election law cases; managed law students in researching election statutes, case law, and regulations across multiple states; and organized and managed committees of attorneys, state officials, and academics to offer public insight into state election codes.
