- There was a new pre-rule introduced regarding PFAS reporting per Toxic Substances Control Act. This will be a revision to the existing regulation per 40 CFR 705. Source documents are not available at this time, but EPA plans to propose the incorporation of certain exemptions and other modifications to the scope of the reporting rule.
State Legislature
- Three bills were introduced across three states.
- Topics include: PFAS in firefighting equipment; PFAS in agricultural equipment; PFAS in children’s products.
