Aude S. Peden, Ph.D., is an associate and intellectual property lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP, where she is a member of the firm’s Chemical, Biotechnology & Pharmaceutical Practice.
Aude served as a law clerk at Foley during law school. Prior to joining Foley, Aude served as an extern and intern with the Office of the General Counsel and the Office for Interactions with Industry at Partners HealthCare System in Boston. During her tenure at Partners HealthCare System, Aude monitored and managed conflicts of interest incidents under Harvard Medical School conflicts of interest policy and the Public Health Service Regulations on PHS-funded grants and contracts.
Aude completed her postdoctoral training in genetics and neurobiology in the Department of Biology and Howard Hughes Medical Institute at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, where she was a recipient of the Ruth L. Kirschstein National Research Service Award (NRSA). She then joined the University of Tennessee in Knoxville as a senior research scientist in the Department of Biochemistry and Cellular and Molecular Biology.
