Antonio Izzi is a member of the Banking & Financial Services Practice in Greenberg Traurig's Milan office. He handles matters regarding domestic and cross-border structured finance, project finance, real estate and corporate loans, private placement, debt restructuring and NPLs sale and purchase transactions, both from a lenders’ / investors’ side and from a borrower’s / issuer’s side.
