Alexandra concentrates her practice counseling and representing employers involved in a broad range of labor and employment disputes. Specifically, Alexandra has a substantial amount of experience handling litigation matters involving discrimination, retaliation, interference, aiding and abetting and hostile work environment claims brought pursuant to state and federal laws.

Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Alexandra worked at a civil litigation law firm in Boston representing public employers and public employees in complex lawsuits involving multiple parties in the areas of labor and employment law, civil rights, special education law, torts and administrative law in state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels and administrative agency proceedings.
