Yael is adept at handling disputes involving hiring and firing, reductions in force, discrimination, union grievances, labor arbitrations, enforcement of non-disclosure agreements or non-competes, the intellectual property component of corporate acquisitions and sales, breaches of contract, and more. She also provides counseling to new employers in the United States regarding workforce retention and management, trademark protection, and copyright registrations.

During the summer of 2017, after a selective process, Yael served as a foreign law clerk to Justice Neal Hendel of the Supreme Court of Israel. In this position, she advised on U.S. law governing legal issues spanning civil and criminal law.
Prior to joining Epstein Becker Green, Yael was an attorney in the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office in New Brunswick, New Jersey, where she represented the State of New Jersey in various appellate matters. During law school, she served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Martin Shulman of the New York Supreme Court, Appellate Term, First Department, in Manhattan; as an intern at the City of Newark Law Department in Newark; and then as a legal extern at the New York State Attorney General’s Office in Manhattan.
