Trinea is a business attorney and her practice is focused on labor and employment law. She advises clients on matters including COVID-19 related compliance, unemployment insurance agency (UIA) protests and appeals, equal employment opportunity commission (EEOC) and national labor relations board (NLRB) position statements, contracts, and employee handbooks. She works closely with corporations and businesses to find ways to prevent and handle claims of discrimination, harassment, and other potential conflicts, ensuring clients are in compliance with state, local, and federal guidelines.
She graduated from Cooley Law School, magna cum laude, with a class rank of three out of 205. Trinea received the book award in Property I, Torts II, Advanced Legal Research – Computer Assisted Legal Research, Criminal Law, Constitutional Law II, and Workers Compensation.
Prior to attending law school, Trinea worked in human resources for almost 10 years.
