Trey Baldy is a Shareholder in the firm’s Corporate & Tax Group. Trey's practice is focused on commercial finance, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property transactions. He has significant experience in all aspects of asset-based, cash flow and leveraged acquisition financings in syndicated and bilateral credit facilities. He also represents clients in financing, sales and licensing of IP and technology assets.
