Leveraging nearly 15 years of experience, Tiffany is able to quickly learn the intricacies of her clients’ businesses and provide targeted advice from beginning to end. Respected for the way she builds relationships and dives in – getting to know who they are, what they do and how they do it – is critical in Tiffany’s focused supply chain practice.
A former tax attorney who earned a joint MBA and J.D., Tiffany understands the benefits and challenges that come at each supply chain stage – from procurement and the purchase of raw materials, to warehouse logistics and creation, to distribution, to the consumer’s end usage. Her goal is to empower and protect her clients by helping them enhance their strengths and find ways to improve on their supply chain weaknesses. That allows Tiffany to serve as a strategic legal and business adviser to her clients, consulting on the issues that may arise, particularly when drafting complex commercial contracts, as a product moves through the chain.
Finding ways to help companies successfully adapt and grow is a direct result of Tiffany’s corporate and tax background. Beyond her supply chain work, she also provides strategic general corporate advice to public and privately held businesses regarding mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance and compliance issues.
Having spent the first several years of her career as an international tax consultant with Deloitte, Tiffany also has experience assisting multinational and tax-exempt clients with various tax matters.
