Mrs. Foster has experience representing clients in federal and state courts, as well as state and local agencies, on matters related to Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination Act (ADEA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
In addition to her litigation practice, Mrs. Foster advises clients on complex human resource issues that arise on a daily basis in the workplace, defends employers before administrative agencies, and conducts harassment and management training sessions. Mrs. Foster also drafts and revises employment related documents, including employment agreements, independent contractor service agreements, severance agreements, employee handbook policies, non-compete and non-solicitation agreements.
