He regularly assists clients in regulatory proceedings before FERC on electric matters, including general rulemakings, ISO/RTO proceedings, and Federal Power Act Section 203 and 205 proceedings.

Among his most significant and high-profile representations, Tom advised an international energy trading company in an important FERC market manipulation investigation that was featured in The New York Times. Prior to focusing his practice on energy law, Tom represented clients in a variety of high stakes civil litigations in the federal courts.
