Thomas M. Daniells is the Chair of Murtha Cullina's Business and Finance Department. He is also the Chair of the Real Estate Practice Group. He represents clients in the areas of real estate and land use planning, commercial financing, and general corporate and commercial representation. He has had extensive experience in virtually all areas associated with commercial real estate development, including retail, office and manufacturing uses and including acquisition and sale, permitting and zoning, environmental law as it relates to land and land use, construction and commercial leasing (representing both landlord and tenant). In the commercial lending area, he has significant experience representing banks and other lending institutions as well as borrowers, encompassing both real estate based and asset based lending transactions. He has further represented corporations, partnerships and other business entities in a variety of contexts and disciplines, including environmental law, mergers and acquisitions, labor and employment, contract, and syndications.
