Mr. Cubbage’s practice often has international dimensions. He has tried matters before arbitral tribunals constituted by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), and also represented clients in transnational disputes before US courts.
