Stan M. Warden, Esq., P.G.

 Mr. Warden is the owner of Warden Law in Tallahassee, FL, but is semi-retired from the practice of law. 

Areas of Practice

Mr. Warden has practiced law in both the public and private sectors. He has extensive litigation experience in Oil and Gas, Solid Waste, Coastal Construction permit challenges, and FDEP’s Petroleum Restoration Programs. He has also practiced environmental, family, and probate law in the private sector. In 2015, he received a Gubernatorial appointment to serve on the Florida Board of Professional Geologists through 2023. He is a certified professional geologist and worked as an environmental consultant for 7 years prior to becoming a lawyer.
