Theresa E. Lane focuses her practice on complex business litigation matters, government and internal investigations, white-collar defense, and college and university disciplinary actions.
Prior to joining our firm, Tess served as a legal intern for the Peace Officer Standards and Training Commission in Boston, Massachusetts. There, she worked closely with the General Counsel and Deputy General Counsel in conducting legal research and contributing to the development of regulations, policies, protocols, and other written statements. She also conducted comprehensive analysis of the statutes, regulations, policies, and practices of other jurisdictions with governmental bodies tasked with overseeing police conduct.
