As a member of the firm’s Litigation Department, Mr. Brunau represents clients in a variety of commercial litigation cases. He has experience representing clients in complex commercial matters involving business torts, unfair and deceptive trade practices, and contractual rights. Mr. Brunau also represents clients in product liability and toxic tort matters.
Mr. Brunau recently represented a cable communications company in an action alleging unfair trade practices, breach of contract, and other tort claims. He currently represents a multinational designer and manufacturer of electrical products in an action with its insurer involving claims for breaches of contract, the covenant of good faith and fair dealing, and fiduciary duties. Mr. Brunau also works with the Connecticut Veterans Legal Center representing clients on a pro bono basis in housing disputes.
