Stefan Borovina focuses his practice on helping construction contractors, healthcare providers, manufacturers, and other employers with all aspects of risk management and litigation involving OSHA, the New York City Department of Buildings (DOB), and other agencies. He regularly advises and represents clients in New York and throughout the country with respect to safety policies, accident investigations, inspections, and resolving citations. His goal with each client is to avoid or minimize both risk and liability. If a citation cannot be resolved early, he will contest it and engage in litigation before the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission all the way through trial.
Stefan is an OSHA-Authorized Construction Trainer and has completed various trainings through the DOB. This includes training as a Site Safety Training Supervisor and 32-Hour Supported Scaffold Installer and Remover training. He frequently publishes and speaks on topics relating to OSHA, the DOB, and general safety compliance.
