Saurabh Vishnubhakat is an Associate Professor of Law at Texas A&M University and a Fellow at the Duke Law Center for Innovation Policy. He writes and teaches on intellectual property law, federal litigation, and administrative law, particularly from an empirical perspective. Until 2015, he was an expert advisor at the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office, where he advised the agency’s first two chief economists and other leadership on patent law and policy. He was also a faculty fellow at Duke Law School and a postdoctoral associate in the Duke Center for Public Genomics.
