Sarah Collins is an associate attorney in the Denver office of Ogletree Deakins. She focuses her practice on employment-based immigration matters. Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Sarah practiced at two boutique immigration firms, where she represented clients in nonimmigrant (H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, E-2, E-3) and immigrant petitions across a broad range of industries.
Sarah obtained her JD from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law. While in law school, Sarah gained immigration law experience as a student attorney in the Immigration Law and Policy Clinic and through legal internships with the Executive Office for Immigration Review – Denver Immigration Court, the University of Colorado Denver’s Office of International Affairs, and a private Denver-based immigration firm. In addition, Sarah served as Associate Editor for the Denver Law Review, and she co-founded the Student Immigration Law Coalition. Sarah graduated cum laude from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a minor in Spanish.
