Sara counsels and represents clients in a broad array of matters related to government contracts, including government investigations, bid protests, contract claims and disputes, False Claims Act litigation, regulatory compliance, and corporate due diligence. Sara has litigation experience in federal and state courts, before the Government Accountability Office, and in various alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
Sara previously served as a research attorney for the firm, where she provided research and written analysis of complex, substantive legal issues across all practice areas. Prior to joining Blank Rome, Sara was an associate in the business litigation practice of a large global firm where she represented clients in state and federal court actions, covering all phases of litigation from inception through appeal.
During law school, Sara was a member of the Syracuse Law Review, where her article “Standards of Proof in Forcible Responses to Terrorism” was published, and was a senior research associate for the Lockerbie Project under a grant from the Department of Justice.
