Samuel Shusterhoff focuses his practice on general liability matters, with a concentration in transportation/trucking cases. He has worked cases from inception to trial or settlement on the plaintiffs’ and the defendants’ sides. Sam works with the more than 70 transportation attorneys in Wilson Elser’s national practice who represent public and private railroads, aviation companies, bus lines, small to large fleet carriers, freight forwarders and brokers, shippers, and taxi and limousine companies. He understands the unique issues facing companies that transport cargo and people, first- and third-party liability, subrogation issues, and the interplay of legislation surrounding vehicle operation and ownership responsibility.
