Rosa Brine is committed to understanding each client’s business needs and brings broad legal experience to each transaction to help advance those needs. Her prior work in-house and as a litigator enables her to draw from that knowledge to anticipate risk and to view business decisions from the client’s perspective. 

At Polsinelli, Rosa actively structures and documents financing transactions, as well as performs due diligence reviews.  Her experience includes representing financial institutions, private equity funds, commercial borrowers, and equity sponsors in asset-based loans and cash flow financings, secured and unsecured credit facilities, private equity financing transactions, public financings, and life insurance premium financing transactions. Rosa’s transactions have spanned multiple industries, including healthcare, transportation and real estate.
