Mr. Hathaway, an associate of the Firm, practices in the Litigation Section. He has significant experience in both federal and state courts. Mr. Hathaway represents a wide range of clients including individuals, small proprietors, and large corporate entities.
Scope of Practice:
Construction litigation, complex commercial litigation, real estate litigation, energy industry litigation, health law litigation, emergency relief (TRO's, Writs of Garnishment); premises liability, liquor liability (Dram shop), food services defense, and general litigation.
