Rachel E. Roney (Ehlermann)

Professional Biography

Rachel represents employers in both labor and employment-related matters. She has experience working with clients on union organizing campaigns and unfair labor practice charges. Specifically, Rachel has experience working with clients, including those in the retail industry, to build positive employee relations through training. She also assists clients in various aspects of employment law, including litigation involving discrimination, retaliation, and harassment.

Rachel received her J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. During school, she served as the Executive Member Director of the Indiana International and Comparative Law Review. Additionally, Rachel was inducted into the Order of the Barristers in 2018. She served as an Associate Justice for Competition management in the Staton Moot Court Society. In 2019, she won the Indiana State Bar Association Student Conclave, a national moot court competition. Before law school, Rachel attended Bradley University, graduating cum laude.
