Pascale Ernst is a lawyer specializing in the field of social security, employee benefits, and pension law. She has a double legal education in France and the United States.
She joined Ogletree Deakins’ Paris office in November 2021 to assist both public and private companies in the areas of Benefits and Pensions, Social Security, Differed Compensation and International Mobility.
Pascale advises and represents companies and their management, professional sectors and institutional bodies, both in litigation and in counseling.
She advises her clients on all legal aspects related to their social security schemes, company plans (pension plans, retirement savings, unemployment insurance and supplementary pension schemes), and end-of-career situations (early retirement, unemployment and business creation, combined employment and retirement for managers and corporate officers). With a 25-year career in international social matters, she also advises on her clients on international assignments with a focus on benefits and pensions (social security secondment, expatriation and coverage issues) and issues arising upon the executive return to France (reconstitution of careers and rights, resumption of affiliations, transfer of benefits and consolidation of rights).
She is a member of the International Pensions and Benefits Lawyers Association (IPEBLA), of the Retirement and Pension Commission of AvoSial (association of Employment Law Attorneys), and of the Stade Français. She lectures in various Masters’ Degrees (CIFFOP HR University, University of Paris Dauphine and regularly conducts training sessions for Argus de l’assurance).
