Olivia joined Ogletree Deakins as an associate in 2021. She represents employers in a wide range of litigation matters, including allegations of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful termination in state and federal courts, as well as before administrative agencies.
Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Olivia was an associate at a Boston law firm, focusing primarily on employment law from the plaintiff’s perspective. While in law school, Olivia represented Boston College Law School as a member of the Craven Constitutional Law Moot Court Team, finishing as a semifinalist in the national competition.
