Nicole (she/her/hers) is an associate in the Morristown office whose practice is focused on business immigration. She assists corporate clients with a variety of immigration matters, including non-immigrant visas such H-1B, L-1, STEM, and O-1, and immigrant visa matters including PERM labor certification, I-140 (EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3), and Adjustment of Status.
After working as a paralegal for several years, Nicole pursued her law degree as an evening student while continuing her tenure with Ogletree Deakins. She earned her law degree from Rutgers University – Newark in 2023, where she graduated cum laude. In 2014, she graduated as Salutatorian of Marist College and received a B.S. in Criminal Justice and Psychology. Nicole also has experience working in-house at multiple large financial corporations.
