Ms. Lane advises listed corporate and private clients in their capacity as property developers, vendors, purchasers, landlords and tenants in relation to their property transactions. She also assists clients in relation to ensuring they comply with their liquor licensing obligations.
While focusing on property related issues, Ms. Lane also actively involved in the firm's pro bono practice and therefore ensuring access to justice is available to those who are less fortunate.
During her time at K&L Gates, Ms. Lane has also gained experience in M&A transactions, corporate advisory and litigation.
