Nicholas S. Zlevor is an Associate in Vedder Price’s Chicago office and a member of the firm’s Financial Institutions and Finance & Transactions groups.
Nicholas advises banks and non-bank financial institutions in connection with mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and regulatory and compliance matters. He has experience coordinating money transmitter licensing projects for companies as well as advising money services businesses on anti-money laundering and Bank Secrecy Act issues and CFPB regulation and guidance.
Prior to joining Vedder Price, Nicholas advised multinational companies on global and domestic mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate reorganizations and other strategic transactions and integrations.
Nicholas received his law degree from the University of Michigan Law School and his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin.
