Molly is an associate in the Minneapolis office of Ogletree Deakins. Molly graduated cum laude from Hamline University School of Law, where she also earned her Dean’s List honors and a certificate from the Dispute Resolution Institute that recognized her studies in alternative dispute resolution. While in law school, Molly was an Associate Editor of the Hamline Law Review, received the CALI Excellence Award in Negotiation, and placed in the Top 20 of the 2015 International Chamber of Commerce Mediation Competition in Paris, France. Molly received her undergraduate degree in Broadcasting and Communications, cum laude, from North Dakota State University.
Molly began her employment law career with a local law firm, focusing her practice on employment litigation, specifically, federal FLSA collective actions, state wage and hour class actions, and other various employment-related disputes. She also has vast experience in mediations, working as both the qualified neutral, and as a legal advocate. Molly has broad experience representing clients at all stages of litigation, from advising on the viability of legal claims, to zealously representing clients from the beginning of a lawsuit through its conclusion. Molly brings her passion for employment law to Ogletree Deakins and is devoted to fighting for the best interests of all her clients.
Outside of the office, Molly enjoys cheering on the Minnesota home teams, traveling, and spending quality time with her husband and dog.
