Millie Pierce is an associate in the firm’s IP Procurement and Portfolio Management practice. Millie is an intellectual property and commercial contracts lawyer with experience providing advice to clients in relation to their IP rights, including copyright, trade marks and design rights on both a contentious and advisory basis. Millie has gained experience in trade mark opposition proceedings before the UKIPO and EUIPO, as well as acting for clients in proceedings concerning royalties, trade marks and design rights before the County Court, High Court and the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court. 

Millie’s non-contentious and commercial contracts experience includes the drafting of commercial agency and distribution agreements, IP licenses and assignments, as well as advising clients in relation to entering into commercial contracts. Millie has a particular interest in the fashion, luxury markets and technology sectors.
