Michelle has extensive experience advising European, U.S. and Asian clients on the structuring, establishment, authorization, and on-going operation of investment funds in Ireland; these include a broad spectrum of UCITS and alternative investment funds (AIFs) (including hedge, mutual, and private equity funds, managed account platforms, and master-feeder structures) and the governance and distribution of such entities.
