Michael DiPietro advises clients on corporate restructuring, bankruptcy litigation, distressed asset sales, and other insolvency matters. Michael represents debtors, lenders, and other parties in interest in a variety of chapter 11 cases. He works closely with Polsinelli attorneys to help protect clients' interests and counsels both debtors and creditors.
During law school, Michael served as a legal extern to the Honorable Richard A. Lloret, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Michael also functioned as Articles Editor for Temple Law Review, and Editor-in-Chief of the Temple Law Political and Civil Rights Society.
