Michael focuses his practice on advising investment advisers, open and closed-end investment companies and unregistered funds on legal, regulatory and compliance matters. Michael has experience drafting and reviewing registration statements, shareholder reports and other regulatory and legal documentation for the formation, organization and ongoing operations of registered and unregistered funds.
