Megan Grant is an associate in the Business Trial Practice Group in the firm's Washington, D.C. office. Ms. Grant’s practice focuses on representing clients in complex business litigation and technical regulatory matters. In just over a year at Sheppard Mullin, she has assisted representing clients before federal and state trial courts as well as state administrative agencies. These matters have involved statutory, constitutional, communications, healthcare, employment, environmental, and administrative law issues.
In connection with these matters, she has honed her litigation skills regarding every aspect of a case in the lead up to a trial.
