Hoyt specializes in healthcare fraud investigations and litigation, including related to the federal and California False Claims Act, anti-kickback laws and the Stark Law, and has dealt with federal and state agencies including the U.S. Department of Justice on subpoenas, civil investigative demands, self-disclosures and other enforcement matters.
