Matthew is a Certified Information Privacy Professional in both the U.S. private sector (CIPP/US) and the U.S. government (CIPP/G).
Matthew has been published in the DePaul Law Review; the Journal of Business, Entrepreneurship, and the Law; the Notre Dame Law Review Online; and the Notre Dame Law Review.
Matthew T. Ciulla is an associate in the Indianapolis office of Barnes & Thornburg, where he is a member of the Litigation Department. Before joining the firm, Matthew served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Charles R. Wilson of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit in Tampa, Florida.
He gained legal experience as a summer associate at Barnes & Thornburg and as a judicial intern for Magistrate Judge Mark J. Dinsmore of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana.
