Mathew Kidwell brings more than 20 years of experience in the petroleum sector to his practice, which includes deepwater developments and enhanced oil recovery, pipelines, liquefied natural gas (LNG) and the transportation, sale and supply of hydrocarbons, as well as refineries and petrochemicals. Mathew handles petroleum licensing and concessions, project development construction, acquisitions and divestitures, and related financings. Mathew has had substantial resident postings in the Middle East and Brazil, and is currently co-assigned to Morgan Lewis’s Dubai office.
