This includes, but is not limited to, defense and prosecution of breach of contract and fraud claims; Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA) actions; Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) class actions; commercial real estate enforcement actions concerning contracts, fraud, the Fair Debt and Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and the Illinois Eviction Act; employment class action disputes concerning the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Illinois Wage Payment and Collection Act (IWPCA) and the Illinois Minimum Wage Law (IMWL); matters on behalf of banking institutions; as well as high exposure premises and product liability matters.
