Mark Andres is a member of the Corporate team in the firm’s Brookfield office. With more than 15 years of legal experience, Mark’s practice focuses on estate planning, estate and trust administration, business entity law, succession planning, taxation, and elder law. Specifically, he assists clients with asset protection planning, income tax planning, business entities and succession planning, wills and trusts, charitable planning, values-based planning, and special needs planning.
In addition to serving his clients, Mark enjoys meeting with and serving as a referral source to others in the community and is available to present to groups of all sizes on the importance of having a comprehensive estate plan to ensure that individual wishes are respected upon incapacity or death.
As a native of the Milwaukee area and a graduate of Marquette University with his Bachelor of Science, Master of Business Administration, and Law degrees, Attorney Andres has deeply rooted ties to Milwaukee and enjoys serving individuals and families in the community.
