Mario focuses his practice on international trade, including trade remedy proceedings, customs, and economic sanctions and embargoes.
Mario represents US and foreign clients in antidumping and countervailing duty proceedings before the US International Trade Commission, the US Department of Commerce, and related litigation before the US Court of International Trade and US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
In addition to AD/CVD counseling, Mario advises clients across various industries on cross-border compliance issues such as customs classifications and country of origin determinations; forced labor supply chain audits and investigations; and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) licenses and authorizations.
