Mariana Renke is dedicated to guiding clients through each step of the litigation process. Her careful attention to detail, team-oriented approach, and strong advocacy skills make her a valuable resource to clients across many industries.
Mariana practices in the Litigation Department drafting briefs, motions, and memoranda and performing research on a range of legal issues related to disputes. She assists with written discovery, creating and maintaining client files, and evaluating documents to lock down a strong approach and effective strategy.
Prior to joining the firm full time, Mariana worked as a summer associate at Barnes & Thornburg. She also gained experience as a corporate legal intern for a leading online ticket platform. She prepared legal memos on settling domain name infringements, data retention requirements for fantasy sports contests, Uniform Commercial Code lien requests, and consumer endorsements.
While in law school, Mariana fell in love with litigation after competing on Trial Team for four semesters; she finished as a semi-finalist or better in all but one competition.
Mariana is not regularly admitted to practice in the local courts of Illinois.
