Madeline San Jose brings a wide array of experience to her data privacy law practice paired with a Master of Science in cybersecurity risk management and several industry certifications. She works to protect her clients by providing cutting-edge analyses of their data processes, along with effective data security strategies and incident response support.
Maddie’s experience includes developing privacy policies, preparing state of the art cybersecurity training materials and drafting terms of use documents for clients. She is recognized as a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) and a OneTrust Privacy Professional, and is certified in cybersecurity by (ISC)2.
Prior to joining the firm, Maddie practiced as a data privacy and corporate attorney with an Indiana law firm. While completing her master’s degree and J.D., Maddie attended several data privacy and cybersecurity conferences, including the 2021 BlackHat conference and the 2022 CyCon conference in Tallin, Estonia.
Maddie gained valuable skills through a legal externship with Justice Christopher M. Goff of the Indiana Supreme Court and as a student affiliate with Indiana University’s Center for Applied Cybersecurity Research, where she developed and updated data security policies for local businesses.
