Madeleine Kline is an associate in the Corporate and Transactional group in Dallas. She is committed to understanding the industry in which each client operates. Clients rely on her to analyze each corporate transaction matter to develop strategic solutions for their immediate and long-term business and operational goals. Working closely with seasoned Polsinelli attorneys in the Corporate and Transactional practice, Madeleine counsels clients in all aspects of the life cycle of the client’s business, from selecting the appropriate choice of entity to exit strategy.
Madeleine’s corporate transactional experience also lends itself to her commercial transaction practice, where she acts as a strategic partner to her clients on all aspects of commercial transactions. Madeleine negotiates and drafts a wide variety of complex commercial contracts on behalf of clients in a variety of industries including:

Madeleine’s experience partnering with clients on their day-to-day commercial legal needs has given her a strength in interpreting and predicting clients’ needs and helps her to solve problems for clients on a contractual level before they ever arise, enabling them to manage risk and achieve their business goals.
