Chad Stackhouse is a Fund Finance partner in Cadwalader’s Washington, D.C., office. He has established a national reputation advising banks and credit providers on secured lending transactions, with an emphasis on fund finance and technology and venture debt lending.
Chad has significant experience structuring, documenting and negotiating secured and unsecured bilateral and syndicated capital call lines of credit and subscription-based credit facilities, secured management fee loans, and unsecured portfolio company financings supported by fund guarantees. He also has extensive experience documenting and negotiating asset-based loans, life science lending transactions, energy resource technology credit facilities, acquisition funding arrangements and equipment financings.
Chad has nearly two decades of experience representing major U.S. financial institutions and foreign debt providers in commercial lending transactions. These transactions involve public and private technology companies, venture capital and private equity funds, life science companies, and high net worth individuals.
