Ludovica Veltri is an associate in the Capital Markets Group in Cadwalader’s London office.
Ludovica focuses her practice on structured finance and capital markets transactions. Ludovica acts on a wide range of debt capital markets and cross border transactions, including a variety of CLO transactions and warehouse facilities representing arrangers and asset managers.
Before joining Cadwalader, Ludovica worked in a US firm based in Rome and in the banking and finance team of an Italian firm based in London.
Ludovica attended LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome, where she received her Master Degree in Law.
She is admitted to practice in Italy.
